TV Tools and Media Tailor Merge – The Combined Company Is an Even Stronger Force Behind Countless Stories

TV Tools and Media Tailor are now the Media Tailor Group. The merger is a giant step for us to work together and enable to provide even higher quality services to the media industry.

TV Tools was founded in 1996, and has since led the way in the Finnish media technology industry. The subsidiary Media Tailor was founded in 2015, completing the Group’s service portfolio to cover all stages of media production, management, and distribution.

2024 will be remembered as a pivotal year in our company’s story. We will unite forces between the parent company and the subsidiary. Today, we will launch under our new name and identity, Media Tailor Group. However, the merger will officially happen in October.

The merger is a major step forward for our long-standing collaboration. After all, we have already shared our premises and worked together with common customers. Our customers will benefit greatly and receive even more effective services, as they will only need to interact with one company.

All ongoing services, projects, and partnerships will continue as usual and uninterrupted. The merge will not mean any changes in our personnel. Our official name will be Media Tailor Group Oy, and we will use the old business ID of TV Tools Oy.

Together, we can provide more comprehensive services to the entire media industry. The merger has simultaneously given us a perfect opportunity to internationalize our operations. We are beyond excited about this opportunity.

We will celebrate the new chapter in our story at IBC2024 in Amsterdam on Sunday afternoon, 15 September.
